Wotakoi, the film is at the Far East Film Festival of Udine
On the occasion of a screening event with the cast and the staff of the live action film taken from the manga Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku (Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii) Fujita announced that the film will be screened as the Far East Film Festival 22 of Udine, which will take place from April 24 to May 2, 2020.
Wotakoi is directed by Yuichi Fukuda (former director of the live-Gintama) and is played by Mitsuki Takahata (Narumi), Kento Yamazaki (Hirotaka), Nanao (Hanako Koyanagi) and Takumi Saitou (Taro Kabakura).
It came out in theaters of Japan on the 7th of February, achieving a good success at the box office.
Fujita has launched Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii in 2014 on pixiv, in 2015, the series has moved to the digital magazine Comic Pool of the publisher Ichijinsha; at the moment it consists of 8 volumes.
