It seems that Windows 10 Home allow you to defer updates of a maximum of 35 days, exactly as the Pro edition. The news has not been officially announced, but was discovered in the latest build Insider Windows 10 19H1, 18356 released into the Fast Ring a couple of days ago. This is the first of this cycle of development without the classic watermark identifier in the bottom right corner.

In the earlier builds had already emerged the possibility to defer updates, but only for 7 days. This discrepancy is, however, due to different guidelines for the program Insider: the same limit is always applied, also Windows 10 Pro, but in the official distributions of salt in precisely 35 days.
