Vivo Y3 and Y5 in the arrival in India: affordable prices and the three cameras
Vivo is preparing to update its range of low end smartphone with the two new devices Live Y3 and Live Y5. The rumor - reported by 91mobile - suggest that the chinese company will use this opportunity to change the name of its devices belonging to the series Y, given that it will abandon the abbreviations in the double-digit (as with the previous Live Y89, Live Y95, and so on), adopting a numbering system more simple and effective as that offered by the Y3 and Y5.
According to the rumors, the two devices will be characterized by a list price that is particularly low in relation to the technical specifications. At least one of them should be equipped with 3 rear cameras and there is talk of a price between 10,000 to 15,000 indian rupees (between 127 and 190 euro at the exchange rate) for Y3, and between 15,000 and 20,000 indian rupees (between 190 and 254 euro) for Y5.
At the moment there are no details regarding the technical specifications complete, then it is impossible to draw a final profile. Vivo is one of the few manufacturers to use both the SoC Qualcomm MediaTek, which is why it is not possible to even speculate whether these two smartphones will be driven by a Helio P60/70 or a Snapdragon 600 series, or 700.Camera at the top, and 4K video at 60fps with all the quality Apple?
