And’ one of the great absent of the Rebirth DC Comics... the Swamp Thing has appeared in various publications – Batman-just to name the most important – but that does not benefit from a regular series from the New 52 when to take care of him, were before Scott Snyder and Yannick Paquette and then Charles Soule.

However, with this tweet Tom King – quotatissimo author of Batman and Mister Miracle – it seems to confirm rumors that he'd be working with artist Jason Fabok (Justice League) on a few projects including his own Swamp Thing:

The same Fabok notes dose:

I was told I could pick any book in all of @DCComics to work on... this is what I've wanted to draw since I was 8 years old... https://t.co/BfZ0P4UsxY

Seem to be so disproved, instead, to the voices who wanted the two to work on a series dedicated to Rorschach and connected to the Doomsday Clock.

It remains now to wait for the official announcement of DC Comics and the extent of the work: it will be a regular series or maxi-series in the pure style of the King?

Swamp Thing was created by Len Wein and Bernie Wrightson in 1971, and his first appearance is on the House of Secrets#92, then the character has become famous for the long cycle signed by Alan Moore.
