Toast, avocado, and raspberries
The toast avocado, and raspberries are one of the thousand and more versions of avocado toast, which you can find on the net or create of healthy plant simply according to your personal taste. The combination of the avocado-raspberries, for example, is one of my favorites, because the burrosità and creaminess of the avocado combines the freshness and the taste is sweet and slightly acid taste of fruits of the forest. First of all, clean the avocado.
Cut off a little less than half in slices and mash the rest with a fork, condendolo with salt and lime juice.
Brush the bread slices with oil and toast them a couple of minutes on each side, so that it looks golden brown.
Spread the cream on the bread, then add the whole raspberries and the slices of avocado.
Decorated with a few drops of balsamic vinegar: the toast and the avocado and raspberry is ready!
