TO, Microsoft and Google indicate that the investors as a risk factor
Google and Microsoft, two of the companies most involved in the field of artificial intelligence, have started to mention it as a risk factor in the documentation dedicated to investors. Documents the so-called 10-K, are intentionally very generic and include a little bit of everything, and with various levels of probability: for example, Google cites a the increasingly fierce competition, the possible necessary changes to the business of the advertisements are due to the changes to privacy laws, the decision of some operating platforms don't adopt its services. But it is curious that both companies begin to mention the AI right now - or better, in the latest versions of their respective 10-K (the one of Microsoft dates back to last October, to Google a few days ago: the date has to do with the timing with which the end of the respective fiscal years).
In addition, new products and services, including those that incorporate, or take advantage of artificial intelligence and machine learning, may raise new challenges (or renew old), technological, ethical, legal, and other...
