The Walking Dead: the arrival of new spin-off?
The Walking Dead is about to experience its first episode after the loss of Carl, and the new episode that will be aired tonight, may forget soon the exploit qualitative lived with Honour and return the show to the AMC on the tracks of the consolidated decline of interest and listen to you.
Despite the announcement of a ninth season, AMC knows very well that we can rely on for very long on his show, tip, and, in the wake of the path embarked upon with Fear the Walking Dead, the network seems willing to produce the new spin-off of the saga inspired by the comics of Robert Kirkman.
Scott M. Gimple, the former showrunner of The Walking Dead, and currently Content Officer, in a recent interview he talked about future plans regarding the franchise:
We will do the traditional things, and the other less, things that people do not expect. But yes, definitely prepared, the probability of something different are very remote even if you do not exclude anything.
We will have new really interesting things related to The Walking Dead“
There are different approaches to the way in which we tell stories and how long we do it and the places in which we can achieve them.
I hope to do a variety of different projects that are probably more in line with what we see on TV, but perhaps with different rhythms, formats and things like that.
We will continue still to produce excellent digital content, but I'm excited about the kind of things we can do.
I'm really talking about 360 degrees, and I know that soon we will talk about it in more detail.
What do you think? The universe The Walking Dead still has much to tell us about, or there is the risk of embarking in projects that could suffer too much the importance and the impressiveness of the series mother?
