The original Twilight Zone on CBS in 1959 was a show that made history by bringing on the television screens, the stories of science-fiction, horror and supernatural, provocative and well-written. Created by Rod Serling, which has become an icon thanks to his introductions ironic, the show lasted until 1964.

Over the years, The Twilight Zone has been revived in various forms, with varying degrees of success. In 1984, the Twilight Zone: The Movie has hired the directors of the great success of Steven Spielberg, Joe Dante, John Landis and George Miller to create the four stories in the spirit of the original Serling. The show was revived on TV in 1985 and later in 2002, and now CBS All Access will return to bring the title to old and new fans, with the american film director, Jordan Peele (We-US) in the shoes that were Serling.

With The Twilight Zone that will come in from 1 April, the CBS All Access has released two trailers of the episodes, giving a glimpse of what awaits us. In the first clip, a Scott anxious faces a flight from hell in “Nightmare at 30,000 Feet”, a remake of a classic moment that was originally played by William Shatner. In the second clip, the comedian Nanjiani gets a visit from a figure seemingly demon-played by Tracy Morgan for an episode appropriately titled “The Comedian”.

While a number of teasers have already been shown for the new series, have been revealed to very few elements. The two trailers above certainly represent the best evidence of what Peele is ready to put in the scene, while introducing the audience on a ride into another dimension. With Scott, Nanjiani and Morgan on board, the episodes will not talented in acting. In fact, the whole new series is full of extraordinary artists, including Seth Rogen, John Cho, Jacob Tremblay, Allison Tolman, Zazie Beetz, Greg Kinnear, Ginnifer Goodwin, Steven Yeun and many others, like Chris O'dowd.
