Through the comment of the author on the volume 40 of the series, shared on Twitter by the editor in chief of Weekly Shonen Magazine, Nakaba Suzuki has announced that it is missing a volume at the end of his Nanatsu no Taizai – The Seven Deadly Sins.

The volume 40 will be released in Japan on February 17, 2020:

Suzuki has launched Nanatsu no Taizai – The Seven Deadly Sins on Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2012; in an interview with the magazine Da Vinci in 2018, the mangaka stated that he thought at the end of the series from the beginning and that would have ended in the space of a year around the volume 40.

Last May, Weekly Shonen Magazine, predating the chapter 315 as the climax of the series, but the manga is continued.
