The roadmap of Qualcomm for the 5G provides support on the SoC Snapdragon 6xx and 7xx Android Blog Italy.

Qualcomm has made several announcements in these hours at the IFA 2019. First, the company introduced the world's first chipset 5G the world that incorporates a modem, an RF transceiver and a RF front-end. The current top of the range series Snapdragon 8 (Snapdragon 855) is already feeding devices 5G introduced at the global level this year. The information on the mobile platform 5G Series 8 of the next generation (Snapdragon 865) will be announced by the end of the year.

The SoC Snapdragon 7xx will be made using the process 7nm, and will include a modem 5G together with the functionality normally found on a chip “medium high”.
