Cubes of turkey with milk, flavored with mint
Ingredients: 2 lemons untreated, 700 g of turkey breast, 3 tablespoons of white wine, rosemary, salt, pepper, rice flour, 1 cup of cream of rice, 3 glasses of rice milk, nutmeg, fresh mint, 400 g Brussels sprouts, 1 shallot, vegetable broth, extra virgin olive oil
