The iPhone display X does not respond well to cold temperatures, Apple will release a fix
Apple does know that it will soon release a software update to correct a problem related to the display of the iPhone X, in some cases, does not work well at very low temperatures.
The same as Apple reported that it had identified a problem with the OLED display of the iPhone X, which in some cases will stop working if there is a rapid change in temperature towards the bottom. The company promises that the problem will be fixed with the next update of iOS.
In the official specs, the iOS devices can be used without problems in environments with temperatures between 0 and 35 ° C. With iPhone X, the problem occurs at temperatures close to zero, but still in the range recommended by Apple. In practice, if you are in an environment with very low temperatures, it is likely that the iPhone display X stop responding to user input, especially in the case of a lowering of the sudden. However, the screen should return to work after a few seconds. It is not, therefore, something permanent.
Apple has already identified the cause of this problem and the fix with the next software update.
