The Inhumans: Anson Mount will be Black Bolt

The american actor has officially landed the part of Black Bolt in the TV series by Marvel

It will be Anson Mount (Hell on Wheels) playing the role of Black Bolt (Black Arrow) in the TV series The Inhumans produced by Marvel in collaboration with ABC.

The character, sovereign of the Inhuman, has powers so immense so much so that his voice is powerful enough to destabilize the matter, and a simple whisper can destroy a city.

The show's executive producer and head of Marvel Television Jeph Loeb, spoke thus of the choice fallen on Anson:

Anson loves the challenge of playing a character who will communicate only silently. His enthusiasm, mixed with his commanding presence and almost regal, has made it simple to understand because it is our Black Bolt.

Mount thus joins the cast that already sees the presence of the Iwan Rhein (the Ramsay Bolton of Game of Thrones) in the role of Maximus, brother of Black Bolt.

The Inhumans (The Inhuman) are individuals that are genetically superior to human beings, created through the experiments of the alien race the Kree to be used as weapons. They have evolved their own society parallel to that of the human remaining hidden for thousands of years between the peaks of the Himalayas in a city called Attilan. Their existence, once the secret has entered the public domain in the Marvel Universe thanks to the constant cooperation of the Royal Family is Inhuman with superheroes such as the Fantastic Four, the Avengers and the X-Men.

The series The Inhumans will debut in September 2017 with the first two episodes exclusively on ABC and in theaters IMAX, and then continue on the television network that will broadcast the entire series.
