The Bizarre Adventures of JoJo – Wind Gold – Episode 21: the mystery of The Crimson King | Review

Published on Mar 02, 2019

We have already discovered, thanks to GOD and to The World (even if all of us like to call it Za Warudo), and Jotaro with his Star Platinum, that some Stands are able to manipulate time. Of course, the power derived from it would be the Carriers of these Stand in beings invincible, but Hirohiko Araki is not a fool, and has taken steps to counter this devastation and control absolute, with a duration and a scope is rather limited: will our beloved and stilosissimo Bruno Bucciarati to escape the mysterious Boss, and to save the life of Trish, or this time will have to leave the hinges?

The original name of the Stand: King Crimson.

In the court of the Crimson king, is he to have control of the time, but in some way also of space: the operation of this bizarre Stand is not particularly complex, but it has a long series of implications that I thought I'd treat in a manner a bit more in-depth in a special article separate, also not to reveal too many details to someone who has not yet seen the episode.

The previous episode had ended with the terrible image of Bucciarati with the chest and the elegant white dress literally broken by the fist of the Crimson King: as always, our hero will have to plan an effective escape, before receiving the final blow from the Boss. But we must not forget the reason for which Bucciarati has decided to betray the Boss earlier than expected: if you do not do something straight away, afraid that Trish will be killed. Maybe someone among you have any doubt about the real intentions of the Boss, but fear not: the vision of this fantastic episode of Wind in the Gold will be completely limited under this point of view, but one thing I can tell you: if you expect that the face of the Boss, his name and his true identity may be revealed so quickly, abandoned well as your hopes: you'll have to wait a little more to give an answer to these questions.

As you remember, George has just delivered to his boss one of his badges, before you go to the meeting with the Boss (then he could not suspect none that you would be treated instead of a clash): King Crimson is not the only one who is able to look into the future, because the extreme retirement of the Day will be a great help for the battered Brown.

in the final scenes of the episode, on which you'll also see the titles of the queue (in this case, as already happened previously, and chose to take advantage of the time of duration of the model closure, the provocative Freek'n You by Jodeci, to show some sequences from the implications quite interesting and unexpected. I'll leave you to discover alone what has been done, but as always we just have to wait for next week, to find out in what other bizarre ways to develop the events of the Day Jeanne and his cronies.
