Tart the tropical
The tart tropical tart with a soft base made with the mold and clever, with a decorative tropical. The fruit, in fact, simulates a beach with palm trees, but you can opt for many different decors making to indulge your children, but by varying the types of fruit, and of course, drawings. If you want, you can also opt for a decoration more sober, classical, and vary the type of cream depending on your tastes, the choice is yours 😉 I and Elisa it was a blast to make this cake, and the 4 hands!
Whip the eggs with sugar and vanilla, then add the oil and milk slowly, and lastly flour and baking powder sifted.
Grease and flour the mold to be clever, pour in the mixture and bake for about 20 minutes in a ventilated oven, preheated to 180°C, then remove from the oven and leave to cool.
In the meantime prepare the custard: whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the sifted flour and finally stir in the milk slowly, then add the lemon peel (whole, not grated) and cook on low flame, stirring continuously, to obtain a thick cream, then remove from heat.
Peel the fruit and cut it (the banana in half lengthwise, kiwi and orange wedges).
Once cold, turn out gently on the base and flip it on the plate.
Fill the groove with the cream is still hot, and level the surface well, and then arrange the fruits to form palm trees, as in the photo.
The tart tropical is ready: if not served immediately, irroratela with a bit of lemon juice, not to blacken the fruit.
