We all knew of the arrival of Lex Luthor in Supergirl and now, thanks to The CW, we have the first official image of the iconic villain of Superman, starring in the television series by Jon Cryer:

As the image shows, Lex Luthor is locked up in the one that has all the air of being a maximum security prison; the importance of the prisoner, then, can be seen also from the plaque of names stuck on the door of the cell. Despite her condition, Luthor keeps his penetrating gaze and eerie, showing the signs of captivity only on the beard, seemingly unkempt.

The debut of the character will take place the 17 march in the episode “O Brother, Where Are Thou?”, of which we present the synopsis:

“Lex Luthor was released from prison in order to involve the sister Lena in one of his plans, and will stop at nothing to obtain his help, even if this means exploiting the life of one of his friends”.
