Sony CFexpress: memory card with read speed up to 1700MB/s
Sony Italy announced today the development of the CEB-G128, the memory card, ultra-fast CFexpress of type B able to achieve write speed of 1480MB/s and in reading, 1700MB/s, about three times higher than the flagship model CFast of the japanese manufacturer.
Designed for use in professional and industrial - specific Sony - the memory card has a capacity of 128GB in the future, is also expected to launch versions with 256 GB and 512 GB) and is characterized by a structure that is three times more robust compared to the standard CFexpress. The memory is equipped with an updated interface PCIe 3 Gen3 and a smart software, together with the transfer speeds, ensures maximum reliability even in extreme working conditions and in the presence of very large files.
