Shonen Jump: a drawing to celebrate the beginning of the Reiwa
Despite busy with the infernal deadlines on which is based the forge of Weekly Shonen Jump, recently, as a result of the break serialization for Golden Week and for the input of a new Era of Reiwa, the manga artists most famous and well-established of the flagship magazine of Shueisha met all together for a few drinks and a few drawings in order to celebrate the beginning, in fact, Was.
To make available the walls is Riichiro Inagaki, the famous writer of Eyeshield 21 before, and now, with the revelation of Dr. Stone, whom he invited to his house some people “just” the famous, the likes of Eiichirō Oda (One Piece), Masashi Kishimoto (Naruto, Samurai 8: Hachimaruden), Yusei Matsui (Assassination Classroom), Shinya Suzuki (Mr. Fullswing), Nobuhiro Watsuki (Rurouni Kenshin) and Kohei Horikoshi (My Hero Academia).
The authors then have fun all together and we can only imagine the embarrassment positive the young Horikoshi among the greatest masters around him.
Time of redemption for the author Watsuki, which is currently still in its “Rurouni Kenshin: Hokkaido Arc” after the period of pause following the arrest for possession of child pornography.
And there were also two great friends and rivals, Eiichirō Oda and Masashi Kishimoto. The two authors have encountered (in terms of healthy competition) several times with One Piece and Naruto, and Kishimoto also felt guilty for having abandoned his rival after finishing the manga about the ninja.
However, now have the chance to redeem himself because on may 13, on "Weekly Shonen Jump" number, 24, will return with Samurai 8: Hachimaruden. This is a new work, completely new, written by Masashi Kishimoto himself designed by Akira Okubo.
The authors have not only drank and joked, but have signed their encounter with a beautiful design in which each person has made his main character.
