SDK of iOS 13 and watchOS 6 for apps and updates from April 2020
With the release the Golden Master of iOS 13, iPadOS 13 and watchOS 6, Apple has informed developers that all new apps (and their updates) for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch will be implemented using the most recent SDK and Xcode 11, starting from April 2020.
This also means having to introduce the required support to the display 6.5" iPhone XS Max (Review) and his successors, in addition to many other features of iOS 13/iPadOS 13, such as, for example, the dark theme, log-in to the app via the Apple ID, ARKit 3, Core ML 3, and much more. With regard to watchOS 6, the main change for developers is the possibility to create applications exclusively for the Apple Watch, without having to then develop a companion app for iOS, now the App Store is accessible directly from the watch.
Always remaining in theme of operating systems, we point out that Apple has stopped signing iOS 12.4, therefore making it impossible to downgrade from iOS 12.4.1 and later. Remember that the specific version allows you to perform the jailbreak of compatible terminals, so be very careful not to update by mistake, if you want to take advantage of this opportunity. The only real Notes?
