Scratches to the dual-camera of the iPhone X, increase reports
In the last few weeks, there have been multiple reports of iPhone users X who have got the dual rear camera to be scratched or damaged. Apple doesn't seem willing to replace parts under warranty.
Users who report these scratches, make sure their iPhone X has never been dropped and has never suffered impact. In addition, Apple has always ensured that the material used for the dual camera is ultra-resistant.
Besides scratches and small cracks, some users speak of a dual camera that is slightly detached from the body of the iPhone X.
At the time, none of these damages has been recognized by Apple as a warranty, despite the assurances of the users on the fact that their iPhone X have not undergone any type of fall. However, it is likely that such damages were caused by another type of impact, maybe because the iPhone X has been inserted in the same pocket of the keys to the house...
For Apple it is virtually impossible to establish the nature of the damage, but if the cases were to increase, the company will begin to investigate in a more specific way.
