Savory feta

Savory feta are biscuits savoury that I saw here and that I found simply irresistible! Very easy to make, they are perfect for an aperitif or a buffet-style feast, but also simply for a delicious snack or to accompany dips and crudités during a brunch. For your convenience I have prepared a cylinder and I cut the slices to create my own biscuits, salted but you if you prefer, you can roll the dough and create the shapes or cut it into pleasure.

 

First of all, put in a large bowl the 2 types of flour, little salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add the butter in pieces and milk, both cold from the fridge, and start working.
Finally, add the crumbled feta.

Mix without mix very well (the pieces of feta should be still recognizable in the mixture).
Formed a cylinder of about 5 cm diameter, wrap it tightly with cling film and let rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Spend the next 2 hours, take the cylinder and cut it into slices, and arranged them as on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in ventilated oven, preheated to 165°C, for about 25 minutes. During the last few minutes of cooking, check your biscuits savoury: when the edges become golden, but the pretzels are still soft, they are ready (you solidificheranno cools).

Let cool completely savory feta, then serve.
