Review Honor 9X Pro: camera pop-up, Kirin 810 and 256GB to 199 euro in the promo
After having caught a glimpse of Barcelona in the course of one of the few surreal events that were held at the MWC 2020 missed, here it is finally unveiled: Honor expands its offer with the 9X Pro and adds something more than the previous model reviewed last October. In the complex changes little on the outside, the real innovations are under the polycarbonate shell and can be summarized as follows: 2 GB of more RAM memory (4GB to 6GB), the dual of the space of storage and a SoC the most up-to-date.
A small step forward, however, is the designation "Pro" but comes maybe later on in the market, the competition is more than fierce in this mid-range and the same house in china has now in the portfolio of great alternatives at more competitive prices. In these days I had the chance to try it live, use it as the main device, and get an idea of those who are its pros and cons.
Remains unchanged, the portfolio of multimedia compared to the Honor 9X, the same identical cameras and a pop-up, which represents the hallmark of this series. Many do not like, in fact, today's solutions, that is the hole in a variety of positions, or the notch, more or less large; for their remains at the moment only the pop-up room, becoming more and more rare in this 2020.
