Ingredients – Cookies: 250 g flour, type 2, 80 g of icing sugar, 60 g of cold water, 60 g of sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 100 g of dark chocolate chips, lemon zest – Cream: 500 ml milk, 40 g of wheat starch, icing sugar, lemon zest, half a teaspoon of turmeric, vanilla bean
Preparation: pour in the bowl the flour type 2 and the icing sugar, add the corn oil and the cold water, stir with the spatula or with your hands. Add the grated lemon peel, to obtain a homogeneous mixture, to which add the dark chocolate chips and the baking powder. Compattiamo with the hands on the ball. Put it in the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes, check the biscuits, which have to become lightly golden.
