Pasta with pesto and pine nuts

The pasta with pesto and pine nuts was a dish that I still lacked. After the versions, the more classic and traditional, I also tested some more detail, including even, recently, to hazelnuts, I thought I'd try this version πŸ˜‰
As always when speaking of pesto, this is a quick and easy recipe: basically, you need to do is put all the ingredients in a blender and blend, unless you want to use a pestle and mortar, in which case it will take a little more time...
However, if in the time of preparation of the pesto sauce, hazelnuts will you cook the pasta, you will optimize the time and in a moment you'll have the dish ready on the table πŸ˜‰

First of all put to boil salted water to cook the pasta and when it boils, dip the noodles.
In the meantime, prepare the pesto and pine nuts: place in a blender pine nuts, garlic, salt and pepper, basil (or better yet fresh marjoram), olive oil, and parmesan and start to mix.
Then add the milk a little at a time, until you get a thick cream but smooth or the consistency you prefer.

Drain the noodles al dente, keeping aside a little’ of the cooking water, then add the pasta, the pesto and a little cooking water if needed to dress better to the pasta.

The pasta with pesto and pine nuts is ready, decorated with fresh basil and serve.
