One Piece: key visual of the new theatre show
Shueisha, Toei Animation and Fuji TV have, concurrently, set up a new web site announcing the production of a new theatrical production inspired by the One Piece, the famous manga written and illustrated by Eiichirō Oda.
The production, entitled “One Piece Otoutage – East Blue Arc“, will be held at the Tokyo International Forum Hall C in Tokyo from August 12 to September 2, 2018. The website has also unveiled the key visual of the project, which you can see below:
The play will adapt the story arc East Blue and will be composed of musicians who delight in musical performances from actors who dance and move, creating scenes iconic, in order to recreate the best of the history. The production includes 35 actors, both japanese and american.
The composer in charge of music in the animated series, One Piece, Kohei Tanaka, will head the department in question and the arrangements for the show. Kahori Kanaya, instead, it will direct the event and is also responsible for the choreography in general.
One Piece is a japanese manga series written and illustrated by Eiichirō Oda on Weekly Shonen Jump. The manga, in Japan, has reached the 893 chapters and editorial publication has come to the 87 volumes.
In Italy, published by Edizioni Star Comis, the publication is currently stable and in progress. The latest volume available is the number 85.
The animated series produced by Toei Animation and has surpassed 800 episodes, and is by transposing the events of the narrative arc of the Whole Cake Island.
In Italy, Mediaset Italia 2, the animated series will return with new original episodes starting Wednesday 7 until Saturday 10 February 2018.
