NRA: “In Italy, there are increased rates of operatovi mobile”
The annual report published by the NRA shows that in recent months the rates of the Italian operators have increased compared to the past, and with it, also the complaints of the users.
The major problem is related to the transition from monthly rates to those with “four weeks”; that in fact they have increased the total costs for the users:
The variation of the rates of renewal of bids and billing on the basis of 28 days instead of monthly, along with the other adjustments which have occurred in the course of the year, represent the primary reason of dissatisfaction of the users with respect to the past, recording a sharp increase in the related reports that are, not surprisingly, quadrupled. Almost quadrupled the number for decommissioning costs perceived by consumers as not justified, and for delays that are unlawful in the processing of the withdrawal requests.
The report also says that the number of complaints from users for the difficulty in exercising the right of withdrawal and for changes not provided for in the conditions of the contract have significantly increased in the last year.
