Miley Cyrus: “In quarantine, I feel more connected with the people”
Miley Cyrus has decided to use the quarantine period to reflect on the connections between human beings.
At home like so many of his colleagues to do its part in the fight at the COVID-19, Miley took advantage of an interview for the Apple Music for the spreading of his thought.
“Normally we are so little attentive to the people who open the door and say, ‘good morning, How are you?’ Who knows what will now, instead, because it is safe to open the door for someone, instead of now, when we make this gesture, our first thought is ‘Where is my glove? I have to take a sweatshirt and I'm not allowed to look. You are at a distance of a meter and a half from me.’ And so we feel the lack of human connection. I miss opening the door for someone, and I miss having someone who opens a door for me.”
However, during this moment of distancing the social, the singer has rediscovered the human relationships:
“But at this time I can say I have had greater connection with people now that I'm practicing the distancing social than when I was free. I have decided that I want to treasure everything that I am learning at this time and locked her inside the house and also take it off when you exit it will be safe again.”
