Microsoft, survey of the european data-protection supervisor on the compliance with the GDPR

Microsoft is under investigation by the Guarantor for the protection of the european data supervisor (EDPS: European Data Protection Supervisor): the intention is to understand if the data collection system of the software provided to the european institutions is in compliance with the GDPR, the new privacy policy entered into force last spring.
