Meatballs parmesan

The meatball parmesan is a simple recipe and very fast to make and also really, really good. I defy anyone to taste these crocchettine cheese without appreciating them! All you need are some egg whites (a fantastic idea recycling, perfect for consume egg whites advanced from other recipes) and a bit of grated parmesan cheese. If you prefer, you can add a bit of spices, such as thyme, paprika or nutmeg. You can also try to roll the balls in the seeds of the sesame seeds before cooking. United egg whites and cheese and mix, then cut out the balls with your hands.

heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs, a few at the time.

The meatballs of parmesan cheese are ready, serve them immediately!
