Marvel Studios: plans for the Phase 5
During the San Diego Comic-con, the Marvel Studios have revealed eleven projects for the next Phase 4 of the MCU; not only, because Kevin Feige has had the opportunity to speak to MTV News of the ideas for the Phase 5, after the announcement of the reboot of the Blade with the Oscar-winning actor Mahershala Ali.
“We have five years of film, between Phase 4 and Phase 5, Avengers: Endgame was the culmination of its Phase, the team will be very different from now on,” the words of the president of Marvel Studios.
The phase 4 will start with Black Widow (1 may 2020), to continue with the Eternals (November 6, 2020), Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (the first superhero movie with a protagonist asian Marvel), Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (may 7, 2021) and Thor: Love and Thunder (November 5, 2021). For the streaming platform Disney+ instead, the tv series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (fall 2020), WandaVision (2020), Loki, Marvel's What If...? and Hawkeye.
