Marvel: return of the 2099 and comes in Dark Captain Marvel

The return of the Marvel universe in the year 2099 (event already in advance at the San Diego Comic con in July) has finally unveiled the new November 2019.

Six out of the books shown, among which we also see one that will bring Conan the Barbarian in the future. Everything starts on Amazing Spider-Man #33 written by Nick Spencer and drawn by newcomer and much-acclaimed, Pat Gleason. The two authors will take care of the Amazing Spider-Man #34.

The register 2099 Alpha #1 will be written by Spencer, but drawn by Viktor Bogdanovic and it will be released on the same day (November 20) Fantastic Four 2099 #1 by Karla Pacheco and Steven Cummings.

The week after, on the 27th of November will be the turn of Punisher 2099 #1 by Lonnie Nadler & Zac Thompson and Matt Horak, along with the previously named Conan 2099 #1 by Jerry Duggan and Rogê Antônio.

Always in November, one of the Heroes of the Most Powerful of the Earth will never be the same. Dark Captain Marvel will be introduced in the story arc “The Last Avenger” from number #12 in the series of Kelly Thompson in addition to Lee Garbett to the drawings to show the fans what happened to Carol Danvers to make her turn against her teammates in the Avengers.

“While Kelly continues his bold and decisive run on Captain Marvel, in this new story arc, “The last Avenger”, further pushes the boundaries, bringing Carol into a dark... and deadly... new direction”, the Editor-in-Chief, Cebulski said to CBR. “And we are thrilled that the acclaimed designer Lee Garbett has climbed on board to bring his amazing skills of storytelling in the adventure most action-packed of the series!”
