Mark Millar announces the regular series Hit-Girl, Kevin Smith will write the second story arc

ComicBook.com announces a new regular series of Hit-Girl that will start on 21st February in the US. The series will see the protagonist deal with crime around the world, beginning with Colombia, where it is engaged by a mother seeking revenge for the murder of his son.

The first story arc is written by Mark Millar for the designs of Ricardo Lopez Ortiz.

Millar: ā€œI wrote the first big storyline and, of course, will also be the first graphic novel. But this is a regular series, and each large story arc will have a tram and a creative superstar. The second arc will be written by Kevin Smith and his idea is really unique. My takes place in Colombia, its in Los Angeles, and each arc will be set in a different country. Among the other authors we will be Frank Quitely, Rafael Albuquerque, Pete Milligan, Eduardo Risso and Daniel Way. Cā€™ a designer asia, which I love, Kim Jung Gi, which will make a great bow.ā€

As previously reported,the new series of Kick-Ass will be featuring Patience Lee, a veteran of the black army with two children who will wear the costume of Kick-Ass to fight crime in New Mexico. The series will be drawn again by John Romita Jr. and will start on February 14th in the USA.
