Madonna: “raped” by an article in the Times

Waiting for a reply from Vanessa Grigoriadis

Madonna, a few hours ago, has published a post on his profile on Instagram in which he expressed his anger and disappointment against the New York Times Magazine. The article published in the June 5, written by Vanessa Grigoriadis, would have made her feel “raped”.

The legend of pop, arrived in 60 years, is thus thrown against the journalist: “He chose to focus on trivial matters, and surface ... and he exaggerated with the comments about my age, which, if I had been a man, it would surely have done!”

The title of the piece, “the Madonna at Sixty”, seems to underline the advance of the time for the world famous artist. Even if, in all sincerity, many would put a signature to get to 60 years. At a certain point, Madonna the writer, Vanessa Grigoriadis, as well as collaborator of the magazine and Vanity Fair: “I Think you think too much about the age, you should just stop thinking about it, and don't be afraid of getting old.”

The singer then commented on his own metaphoric reference to rape, which according to the journalist, at a time like this, it was not a very good parallelism. Many women, in fact, they are afraid to even pronounce that word, and you must be very careful how you use it. The comment on the rape of the Madonna appeared as a reference to a joke in the article in which the singer said he feels “raped” after that the songs from her album 2015 Rebel Heart were made public several months before the release.

Madonna has repented of having spent 5 minutes with the Grigoriadis. “He made me feel raped,” he said. “And yes, I'm allowed to use that analogy, having been raped at the age of 19 years.” The New York Times has declined to comment, and Grigoriadis has not yet expressed about it.

Lady must have misunderstood the intentions of the journalist? The long article, published in the Times Magazine, ranging from the career of the singer's private life, until you get to talk about Trump and his desire to show himself as the “alpha male”. But the words can be interpreted in different ways, and what for us is just gossip for an artist of his calibre can be offensive.

Madame ❌ on the cover of N. Y. T. Magazine, photographed by my dear friend @jr..........Also sharing my favourite photo that never made it in, along with pre-shoot chat and a celebratory glass of wine 🍷 after many hours of work! To say that I was disappointed in the article would be an understatement - It seems. You cant fix society And its endless need to diminish, Disparage or degrade that which they know is good. Especially strong independent women. The journalist who wrote this article spent days and hours and months with me and was invited into a world which many people dont get to see, but chose to focus on trivial and superficial matters such as the ethnicity of my stand or the fabric of my curtains and the never ending comments about my age which would never have been mentioned had I been a MAN! Women have a really hard time being the champions of other women even if. they are posing as intellectual feminists. Im sorry i spent 5 minutes with her. It makes me feel raped. And yes I'm allowed to use that analogy having been raped at the age of 19. Further proof that the venerable N. Y. T. Is one of the founding fathers of the Patriarchy. And I say--DEATH TO THE PATRIARCHY woven deep into the fabric of Society. I will never stop fighting to eradicate it. 💔
