During the presentation FX tour print winter Television Critics Association, it was announced that the second season of the Legion will start next April. Noah Hawley, the creator of the series, has also announced that Navid Negahban will play Amahl Farouk, aka the Shadow King. Replace Said Taghmaoui (Wonder Woman) that had been previously announced for the role but left the production last November.

Deadline also reports that Bryan Singer, the director of four episodes of the film saga of the X-Men, will not be the producer of the series. On the director a burden of accusations of sexual harassment.
