Kuo expects new and new colors for the next iPhone
The always well-informed Ming-Chi Kuo has published a new report that confirms several rumors about the next iPhone, and adds new information on the colors available.
Kuo says that the iPhone OLED 6.5-inch will cost 999$, just like the current iPhone X, and will be equipped with dual SIM function. The iPhone LCD 6.1 inch should cost 699$, whereas the version OLED 5.8-inch is expected to be about 899$.
The real novelty of this report is published by Kuo regards, however, the colors: the iPhone by 6.5-inch will be available in black, white and a new gold colour scheme. The LCD model, however, will be available in grey, white, blue, red, and orange, just to get closer to young people and remember the same strategy used with the iPhone 5c.
When he speaks of “black” and “white”, Kuo refers to the classic colours Space Grey and Silver you've already seen on the iPhone X, while the gold colour will be a shade unusual. Unpublished will also be some of the colors of the LCD model, such as blue and orange. The color red may refer to the version of the PRODUCT(RED) that would be launched at a later time.
Kuo also confirms that the iPhone LCD will have a single rear camera.
With these features and these prices, the analyst expects the new iphones exceed every record in the past, with the LCD model, which may represent 55% of total sales.
