Kuo: Apple will release an iPhone with Face ID and Touch ID below the screen in 2021

Ming-Chi Kuo has released a report that says that Apple will include the Touch ID on its iPhone starting from 2021. The analyst said that he believes that Apple will release an iPhone with Face ID and Touch ID below the display.

Kuo says that in the next 18 months will be solved many technical issues that will allow Apple to offer the high-level experience.

TF Industries Ming-Chi considers the complementary technologies of facial recognition and fingerprint recognition, and believes that Apple wants to unify the experiences. Apple has filed patents on the technologies of fingerprint recognition below the display which suggest that Apple is still planning a future Touch ID (without the button).
