Klipsch: the new soundbar BAR 40 and BAR 48
Klipsch has launched the soundbar BAR 40 and BAR 48, already announced at CES 2019.. THE two models are equipped with a wireless subwoofer and are characterized by a limited height in 7.3 cm. BAR 40 is the product of the low end. Integrates a system of 2.1 channels with two tweeters, Tractrix Horn (19 mm) and two midrange 76,2 mm. The subwoofer is equipped with a transducer by 165.1 mm. The soundbar is equipped with a built-in Dolby Audio (Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital Plus) and offers a variety of ways, including one that processes the sound to recreate a virtual surround effect.
Connectivity includes an analog input 3.5 mm digital input, optical, HDMI with ARC (audio return channel), Bluetooth, and a subwoofer output. The measures are 101,4 x 7.3 x 8.6 cm.
The BAR 48 raises the bar by proposing a system to 3.1 channels. There are three tweeter Tractrix Horn 25.4 mm and four midrange 76,2 mm. The wireless subwoofer houses a transducer from 203.2 mm. At the decoder, the Dolby adds support technologies, DTS, DTS-HD and DTS Virtual:X (coming in a future update), able to expand the sound in height via a virtual computing.
