The hummus is sweet cream flavor and intense, perfect spread on bread or eaten as a dessert. This is the sweet version of the classic Hummus in the middle east, this dessert has a base of chickpeas, I read that blending together the cocoa, coconut oil, sugar. At first glance, it might seem strange to find the chickpeas in a dessert, but frankly after trying the fagiotella and the aqua faba does not scare me nothing more 😛 And in fact, even to this very special hummus sweet I was not disappointed, proving to cremosissimo and spicy to the right point... try it to believe it 😉
Put the chickpeas to soak the night before if you want to make buckets, and the day after that cook for about 40 minutes, otherwise use the cooked chickpeas.
Blend everything together in a blender, the chickpeas, boiled and drained, coconut oil, cane sugar, cocoa, salt and vanilla, adding the coconut milk last.
Once blended, put the hummus dessert in small bowls and serve with a sprinkling of chocolate crumbs on the surface, perhaps accompanying it with toasted bread or biscuits.
