Huawei Mate 30 should not have access to the Google Apps Android Blog Italy.

A few days ago Huawei has stated that he was planning to use the traditional version of Android with all the Google Play Services for his next series Huawei Mate 30. The company has stated that if he had not been allowed to obtain a license from Google, would have resorted to plan " B. " Well, it seems that now is the time for Huawei appeal to the plan B.

The editorial staff of Reuters reported that a spokesperson of Google said that Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro may not be sold with apps and services with Google because of the positioning of Huawei in the black list of the US Department of Commerce.

The chinese manufacturer has plans to introduce its latest high-end phones on September 19. It was the middle of may, when the Department of Commerce of the United States, citing national security, has placed Huawei in the black list, preventing it from doing business with companies based in the United States.

Google was one of the first companies to announce that it was cutting ties with the company, and while it has the ability to update the existing models launched prior to may 16th, the series Mate 30 does not meet that requirement.

Google, however, is not the only one. Reuters says that the Department of Commerce of the United States has received 130 requests for licenses from american companies who wanted to do business with Huawei: reportedly, none of the requests has been accepted.

Huawei has developed its own operating system HarmonyOS that will work on multiple devices, and presumably will run Android apps. But the company does not want to use it immediately on its high-end smartphone. One possibility is that Huawei can use an open source version of Android without the Google app; this is what Amazon does with its tablet Fire, and with its Fire Phone.
