Hobbs & Shaw: the final trailer
Universal Pictures has released the final trailer for Hobbs & Shaw, a spin-off of Fast & Furious.
After eight films that have grossed nearly 5 billion dollars worldwide, the film series Fast & Furious has now the first film of his that is not a chapter of the same, but a new stand-alone story with Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham returning in their roles of Luke Hobbs, and Deckard Shaw in Fast & Furious, Hobbs & Shaw.
When the burly veteran of the police department, Hobbs (Johnson), the faithful agent of the Diplomatic Security Service and the u.s., and the outlaw Shaw (Statham), a former member of the british special forces, you are faced for the first time in the film Fast & Furious 7 2015, the two exchanged jokes and were not spared low blows in an attempt to annihilated each other.
But when the anarchist Brixton (Idris Elba), a cyber-genetically enhanced, get the control of an insidious biological weapon that could change for ever the humanity – and manages to perform a brilliant and indomitable agent of MI6 (Vanessa Kirby in the TV series The Crown), which, moreover, is sister to Shaw – these two sworn enemies are forced to team up to destroy the only villain that could be even more evil than them.
Directed by David Leitch (X-2) wrote the screenplay navigated the architect of the narrative of the Fast and the Furious's Chris Morgan, the film is produced by Morgan, Johnson, Statham, and Hiram Garcia. The executive producers are Kelly McCormick, Dany Garcia, Steven Chasman, Ethan Smith and Ainsley Davies.
