The Google Store is testing in the United States a "small but important" changes to the layout, to promote more brands of products. Instead of the category "smartphone", we have "Pixels", instead of "home devices connected" we "Nest", instead of "gaming," we find the "Ruler" (which is free for two months, if you missed it!), instead of "laptops and tablets" we Pixelbook" (this last from us does not exist, since the products Chrome OS we have never come officially).

For now, the test is restricted to a certain number of people, with feedback only in the United States or otherwise in the markets in the English language. Below two screenshots of the comparative, thanks to colleagues from 9to5google. Remains, apparently, a few little detail still need to fix: in the Nest there are also keys for the streaming to Chromecast, that Nest have never had to do. Or is the signal of a change in the future?

It is a sensible choice, now that is now as imposing as it is ambitious project to get serious in the field of hardware can no longer define just arrived on the market (there are already four years from the presentation of the first generation of Pixels, and you go to the fifth).
