Google Pixels Buds 3, can design unveiled by a patent in China
Have not yet even arrived on the market the Google Pixel Buds 2 already leaked the first information on those third-generation - in particular, their design, thanks to a patent published in China. The differences with the current model, which now seems imminent, are manifold: the new headphones keep the design "true wireless", but are considerably more compact, they are not in-ear, and the outer part perfectly flat, somewhat reminiscent of the Surface Buds. Overall, we can say that look more like a wireless version of the Pixels Buds of the first generation.
As all of the design patent, the document doesn't reveal absolutely nothing about the technical features and functions. Lawful, however, to expect that it will still take some time before the wearable will arrive on the market: usually Google presents its new hardware products around the month of September/October. Let's say that the hope is that it is no longer necessary to add a six-month delay, even if in this particular historical period is an event rather concrete. Naturally, it should be also considered that the approval of a patent does not necessarily guarantee the transformation into a finished product.
