1 slice of Swordfish
1 small Onion
1 clove of Garlic
1 bunch of Parsley
8 -10 cherry Tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
Cut the fish (you can let you cut directly from the fishmonger not to make a mistake).
Prepare a mince with the onion, the garlic and the parsley, pour it in a pan with oil and brown, add the fish after it is washed in running water.
After a few minutes, pour the white wine and let it evaporate.
Take the tomatoes and cut them in small pieces and add to the sauce in the pan, add salt and, if you like, also put a pinch of pepper.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Accompanied this dish with a nice mixed salad.
