Fried green beans
The fried green beans are an idea delicious for a special appetizer. The peculiarity of this recipe, in addition to the beans themselves, is that I used a batter is different from the usual, much more dense, and then I have them passed in the breadcrumbs, which are super crunchy 😉 you Can serve them alone or combined with other vegetables, such as eggplant and peppers cut into sticks for a riot of crispness that will delight you and your guests!
I have to say that the fried green beans I was missing, but I have appreciated a lot and I can't wait to redo them! You li have you ever tried? Let me know in the comments 🙂
First of all, clean the beans, removing the ends from the two sides.
Wash them under running water, drain well and cook in steam for 5 minutes.
Navigate to the preparation of the batter: pour the flour into a bowl and begin to incorporate gradually the water, stirring with a whisk, then add the parmesan cheese, while stirring constantly.
Start to soak the beans a few at a time, sprinkle with the batter, and then dip them in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, then start to fry the beans, turning them to get them brown evenly, and then scolandoli on absorbent paper as they are ready.
If necessary, salted slightly, but according to me thanks to the parmesan cheese, the batter is already tasty enough on its own.
The fried green beans are ready, bring them to the table and serve immediately.
