Flan of zucchini
The flan and zucchini are of the flan pudding very nice to see and of course delicious to eat. The flan have the reputation of being extremely difficult to prepare, but according to me these kids are within reach of anyone, trust me! And then how to resist these small delights green? Considering the type of preparation, then, are not so long, then what are you waiting for? Put in the work 😉
Clean the zucchini, cut them into cubes and let them cook for about ten minutes in the pan after letting us wither the chopped celery, carrots and onions with the oil.
Towards the end of cooking, add the salt.
Pour the zucchini in a blender, add the basil and blend.
Put the flour in a bowl and stir milk and cream, then add parmesan cheese and eggs.
Mix in the courgette in the bowl, then season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into individual moulds (if you do not use those silicone, ungeteli with oil or butter) cook for about 30 minutes in ventilated oven, preheated to 180°C.
In the meantime, clean the zucchini is more for decoration, cut it into thin slices and fry them quickly.
Turn out the flan, decorated with the slices of zucchini.
Add the pine nuts and serve immediately your beautiful flan of zucchini.
