The new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake has been unveiled today by Square Enix Ltd. and shows the chaos and tensions in the streets of Midgar, and new sequences of the game, offering an in-depth look at the slums of Midgar, in which the oppressive power Company Shinra is involved in a fierce conflict with the Avalanche, a resistance group that fights to protect the life force of the planet. Players will be able to see for the first time in action, the Turk, the famous agents of Shinra, as well as several minigames and two powerful invocations, Shiva, and Ifrit.

Square Enix has also recently published a new image, that takes one of the pictures, the most famous of the original game, in which Cloud observes the headquarters of Shinra:

On arrival on the 3rd of march 2020 on the PlayStation 4, Final Fantasy VII Remake reinterprets the famous game that redefined the genre of the GDR and explores the game world and the characters. The first title of the project, set in the colorful city of Midgar, it will be a standalone game that will provide a great starting point for the series. In addition to the unforgettable characters and touching story, Final Fantasy VII Remake offers a combat system hybrid that combines real-time action and the strategic commands.

The Deluxe Edition, available for pre-order here, includes an art book with hard cover and concept art of the game, a mini soundtrack on CD, the DLC “Summon Materia” to invoke a Kyactus inside of the game and a SteelBook of Sephiroth.

The Digital Deluxe Edition includes an art book, digital mini-digital soundtrack and the DLC “Summon Materia” to invoke a Kyactus and Carbuncle inside of the game.

The 1st Class Edition includes all the contents of the Deluxe Edition, the DLC “Carbuncle Summon Materia” and also a set of Play Arts Kai Cloud Strife and Hardy-Daytona (packaged separately), and the pre-order will be available in limited quantities on the Square Enix Store.

Moreover, who will pre-order any version of the game from retailers selected will receive the DLC “Chocobo Chick Summon Materia” with the launch.
