Feta in the oven
The feta in the oven is another of the ricettine taste during my recent stay in Greece. It is a vegetarian dish very tasty, of course, typical of Greek gastronomy is very simple and fast to do. You will need only a bowl suitable for cooking in the oven, better if it's also cute, so you can use it as a serving dish, cut a few ingredients, et voila, in 30 minutes everything will be ready! The ingredients that make up the plate are all of the mediterranean and easy to find: onion, tomatoes, peppers, olives and oregano.
But nothing forbids you to customize the dish as you prefer getting every time, a feta in the oven taste different 😛
Wash the vegetables, peel and cut them in small pieces.
Put the feta in a single whole piece, in a bowl suitable for cooking in the oven.
Spread the vegetables over the cheese, covering it, then seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil and oregano.
Then put in the oven already warm and cook for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
The feta in the oven is ready, serve it immediately.
