Fear The Walking Dead: come to the musical episode?
Karen David, the new arrival of Fear the Walking Dead in season 5, says that the showrunner Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg “seem to be open” to the idea of a musical episode:
“Of course, must be an integral part of the plot and to have a sense without making it too far-fetched, but I don't know if this could happen in a hallucination or in a sequence of dreams, where it could be tangible, then it depends,” David said, “I Know that Ian and Andrew seem to be open to the idea, but of course you must have a sense. But we'll see, you know that secretly'll go till for this in the future [laughs]”.
David, also a singer, added that he was “really excited” to use her musical background in the universe of TWD, that previously used the music as a point of connection to Daniel and Charlie (Alexa Nisenson).
“I love the fact that Ian and Andrew have wanted to introduce music as a metaphor, in many ways. Music has the power to heal and unite people of all walks of life, and I love the fact that they wanted this item in this episode. And sing with Rubén, oh my God, that has the voice of God, is so talented. We were so excited.”
And what do you think? It would be too strange a musical theme TWD?
