In the USA, Facebook improves the functions of the payment peer-to-peer Messenger, and enable the ability to send and receive money between groups of users.

Already for several weeks now, users can send money to other people via the Facebook Messenger, even if the function is active at the moment only in the United States. With the last update of the app, Facebook has enabled payments also between groups of users.

Thanks to this feature, Facebook wants to help you to easily separated the costs between friends at a restaurant or during a holiday, but also to pay for a group gift or to help friends in difficulties. With a click, and for free, the user can then send (or request) money to groups of people via the Messenger. It is also possible to enter a total amount that will be divided equally between all the people in the group.

The function is only active in the USA.
