Have you ever wanted to use Android on the iPhone? If the answer is yes, then soon all this could become a reality: a new project on Kickstarter is raking in the funding to produce an enclosure that is capable of playing Android on the iPhone 7 Plus.

The project is called “Eye” and it is a case with AMOLED display 5-inch, a slot for SD cards and two compartments for your SIM. Inside is installed Android Nougat 7.1, with all the hardware part that is taken directly from the iPhone 7 Plus connected to the housing. For example, the front camera of the iPhone is also a camera for the Android system, installed in the housing.

Eye integrates a battery of 2800 mAh that can be recharged in wireless mode, a connector, audio jack 3.5 mm, NFC chip, which can also be used outside of Apple Pay, and an infrared receiver.

In a few days, the project on Kickstarter has already reached and exceeded the goal of 95.000$. The price in store will be$ 189 for the basic model and 229$ for the model with 4G connectivity; those who make time of the donations, will receive the case and start from 95$ depending on the model chosen. Soon will be available the variants for the iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, and 7.

If all goes well, the first shipments should start in August.
